Lost or Damaged Goods
If your order is lost or damaged during delivery, please Contact Us within 5 working days of receiving your order so that we can assist you.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Wrong size, wrong color, it doesn't matter: we will be happy to help you find the item you need! You can return unused items in their original condition up to 28 days after receiving your order. Please ensure that the shoes are in their original, unworn condition and that the packaging is intact! Returns are at buyer's expense. If you would like to exchange your item for another size or model, we will be happy to ship your new pair to you. Please follow the return process and contact our Customer Service.
SALE ITEMS: ALL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Purchased items can be returned for a refund within 14 days from the date the items were delivered.
After this period, only an exchange of the same value remains possible up to 28 days, which excludes delivery costs..
REQUEST A RETURN
Returns are at buyer's expense.
You will have to pay to return the item to our return center in FRANCE. Bring your package to the post office and use the delivery address indicated in our return form sent by email by our customer service. Please include your order number and contact information.
We are committed to producing the best items possible, from safe and quality materials. However, if a gremlins has managed to trick the guards into our crafting process, you can follow the instructions below.
Please contact Customer Service and send them a picture of the defect. Our team will take care of your request and take care of the return procedure. We reserve the right to study the condition and lifespan of the returned item before sending you a refund, discount coupon, exchange or repair.
